Festival Disclaimer

Welcome to the Sweet Beats Music Fest, presented by Facilities Concessions Services dba Spectrum and Oak View Group, hereby referred to as the “Presenter,” ticket and Festival disclaimer.  By purchasing a ticket to the Festival, you, hereby referred to as “Purchaser,” agree to the following:

1. The Sweet Beats Music Fest is an outdoor event that will take place rain or shine.  As such, all ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds given for any reason.
2. Assumption of Risk: By attending Sweet Beats Music Fest, you acknowledge and assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with attending a live outdoor music event, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death.
3. Release of Liability: BY attending Sweet Beats Music Fest, you agree to release and hold harmless the Presenter, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, vendors, sponsors, partners, and volunteers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your attendance at the festival, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss.
4. Compliance with Laws and Rules: By attending Sweet Beats Music Fest, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and rules, including but not limited to ordinances, and festival rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these laws and rules may result in your removal from the festival.
5. Limitation of Liability:  In no event shall the Presenter be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your attendance at the Sweet Beats Music Fest.
6. Photography and Recording:  By attending the Sweet Beats Music Fest, you agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded using any medium by the Presenter or its partners. The Presenter may use these recordings for promotions or commercial purposes without your consent or compensation.
7. Force Majeure: The Presenter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Disclaimer if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or any illness related outbreak or pandemic.
